We\u00a0attract visitors, both  shoppers and sellers alike, from all over the United States and are  often a\u00a0favorite destination for tour groups from other nations.<\/p>\n<p>The  City of Alameda is geographically located at the center of the Bay Area  and is only a\u00a020-minute drive from San Francisco, a 45-minute drive  from San Jose and only about a 30-minute drive from Marin County.  Ferries that run from San Francisco and Marin County also\u00a0serve the  Antiques Faire and the Ferry Terminal is only \u00bd mile from the entrance  to our parking\u00a0lot, and we are only 15 minutes from the Oakland Airport.<\/p>\n<p>The  City of Alameda is an island community that boasts one of the largest  collections of\u00a0restored Victorian homes on the west coast. The entire  southern side of Alameda has\u00a0beautiful beaches that are very popular for  windsurfers and swimmers who enjoy the warm\u00a0bay waters. We\u00a0have tried to assemble the best  possible array of International Cuisine choices and you will\u00a0certainly  find something to your liking.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities at the Antiques Faire  include free parking, free shuttle service from the parking lot\u00a0to the  show entrance, courtesy flat cart use to move large objects, customer  loading zones,\u00a0shopping cart rentals, a customer lounge, ample portable  toilet facilities and hundreds of friendly\u00a0and knowledgeable antique  dealers who travel to world to find treasures for you to bring home\u00a0a  future heirloom.<\/p>\n<p>And remember furnishing with antiques is a  \u201cgreen\u201d practice and helps save the environment.\u00a0Every piece of  furniture or art that is reused represents a saving of national  resources.<\/p>\n<p>Our antiques faire is presented by Michaan&#8217;s Auctions  and there is always our monthly estate\u00a0auction commencing at 10:00 a.m.  on Antiques Faire days, in our luxurious auction house\u00a0facility adjacent  to the Antiques Faire.
