Featured Dealer May 2011 ~ The Tattered House

June 11, 2011
By

May's featured dealers, Erika Friend and Sandy Bryan of the Tattered House from Roseville, California's booth was first noticed when we were shooting our commercial for Eye on the Bay for a CBS spot which aired this past month. We were hurriedly scouring for French antiques on a budget and stopped by their regular booth space (J23). We were attracted to some lovely painted white French chairs, that we ended up reluctantly passing on. We were looking for items to create a French cafe look and although we didn't actually use the footage we shot in their booth in the final, we couldn't resist taking photos of their delectable decor. Everything in their booth... Continue reading

Talk about the luck of the Irish...Happy St. Patrick's Day Vintage Lovers. I took this photo with my Hipstamatic. Romantic and a bit racy: 1920′s style lace and shine dazzle for a classy showgirl finish. Be a modern flapper with all that razzle dazzle on the runways now. Glitz and after dark drama command center stage this fall. Designers like Anna Sui and Phillip Lim had stand out sequined flapper dresses in their collections to make any woman the belle of the ball.
